Exclusive use or Special Occasions
If you require exclusive use please email us and we are happy to assist. Similarly if you are planning a special occasion let us know in advance so we can make your visit an occasion to remember. Please note no parties or visitors in the rooms. Family or friends must be authorized to visit. Please be mindful of other guests staying as we are a small and quiet place to stay. Any willful damage to the property will be responsible of the guest to pay for before checking out. If you wish to stay out late and party prefer you stay elsewhere.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified more than 14 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If you cancel or modify within 14 days of your arrival, 100 percent of the complete stay will be charged.
No shows or departure prior to your planned check out date will require full payment.
Payment Policy: Payment is charged with the credit card provided at booking.
Any personal or credit card details we collect as part of the reservation won't be used for any purposes other than securing your booking.
